What we collect and why
- If you email us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. Legal basis: your consent.
- If you donate or sponsor: the details needed to manage your contribution and send you programme updates. Card payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card. If you pay by bank transfer, we receive the details your bank sends (name and reference). Legal basis: the relationship you start with us and the association’s legal obligations.
How long
For as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We never sell or pass on your data. It is only shared with the providers we need to operate (web hosting, email, Stripe and our bank) or where the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing us. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe may use its own technical cookies on its payment page.
